Even though ASEQ is based in Poland, we are present all over Europe. A diverse fleet allows for our reach to extend even to remote locations and non-EU countries. No matter where our services are needed, we are always there, always ready to act.
Our expertise in logistics is comprehensive, and includes time-critical and last mile deliveries, temperature-controlled transport, moving ADR and high-value goods, and real-time GPS tracking. ASEQ employees are committed, professional, and trained to meet any challenges head on.

Our commitment to safety and security was recognised by TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association), who awarded the TAPA TSR1 certificate to ASEQ in 2024. All vehicles in ASEQ’s fleet meet the TAPA TSR1 standards, providing the highest possible level of security. To maintain the same level of service regardless of the person assigned to the enquiry, all of our employees have been trained against TAPA standards as well.

We are continuously looking into new ways of doing our part in preserving the environment and fighting climate change.
In 2024, an internal project was launched with the purpose of minimising fuel consumption and our carbon footprint, which includes researching the possibility of acquiring electric vehicles. Transitioning away from fossil fuels remains the main challenge for ASEQ, one we will do everything in our power to overcome.
We take responsibility for our actions and we know they impact the world around us. Which is why we monitor our carbon footprint in an effort to lower the number year after year. Our drivers are educated on economic driving styles and encouraged to come forward with their own eco-friendly initiatives and ideas.
Even though the letter “Q”, which stands for the word “quality”, is last in the ASEQ acronym, it is by no means less important.
Throughout all the years of experience in the transportation industry shared between our founders, quality has always been one of the primary concerns. To us, every single enquiry is treated with the same care and attention, ensuring the highest standard. We do not, however, rest on our laurels - we always aim even higher, continuously perfecting our services.
This commitment to providing an outstanding quality of service was recognised by Bureau Veritas, when ASEQ was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certificates in 2024.
The same approach is extended to all areas of transportation, including pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled enquiries. We act in compliance with the GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standard, ensuring proper and safe conditions for the cargo. The GDP certificate we received from TÜV NORD is a testament to our professionalism and commitment to providing bespoke services.

At ASEQ, every voice and every opinion is taken seriously. We hold bi-weekly meetings with all our employees and discuss any potential changes they would like to implement to perfect our services and our modus operandi.
Learning
Even if you are just starting in the logistics industry, we will gladly show you the ropes. Your team leader will go through the onboarding process with you, making sure you understand everything. Moreover, we offer free language lessons in our office, and a variety of courses designed to broaden your knowledge of the logistics sector.
Independence
We will encourage you to act independently. It will be up to you to ensure the satisfaction of your clients, and arranging solutions so that everything runs on time will be your responsibility. You will be the one deciding what to do when in your day.
